From 2021 to 2023, USPAACC West proudly served as a spoke in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Community Navigator Pilot Program (CNPP), created under the American Rescue Plan to help small businesses recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Â
USPAACC National was selected by the SBA as a Tier 1 national grantee and served as the hub for a network of organizations, including USPAACC West. Through the program, USPAACC West connected Asian American and minority-owned small businesses in California with free resources, technical assistance, training, and expert guidance.
Â
Supporting Small Businesses
Through CNPP, USPAACC West provided access to resources and assistance in areas including:
Financial assistance and access to capital
Contracting and procurement
Marketing, operations, and business development
Exporting and industry-specific training
Our free CNPP workshops brought together attorneys, lenders, business professionals, and industry experts to provide practical guidance and help local business owners navigate challenges, grow their businesses, and access new opportunities.
