Parul Saini is a technology and AI transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding global companies through operational scale, digital modernization, and data-driven innovation. She most recently led Global IT at Uber, overseeing a 1,000-person organization and a multi-hundred-million-dollar budget focused on enterprise platforms, security, collaboration, and employee experience. At Uber, she spearheaded major technology transformations, introduced AI-driven copilots across IT, HR, and Support, and modernized core systems to enable the company’s rapid global growth. Previously, Parul held executive roles at Splunk, Zuora, PwC, and Adobe, where she built high-performing teams and delivered large-scale automation, infrastructure modernization, and identity and collaboration transformations. Parul is recognized for her expertise in AI strategy, automation, and organizational redesign, advising enterprises and SMBs on responsible adoption of AI.
