Susan Au Allen is CEO, US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce EF, founded in 1984 in Washington DC, chapters in CA, GA, IL, NY/NJ, TX.

Susan oversees one of eight SBA National Tier 1 Community Navigator Pilot Program HUBs to help small businesses hardest hit by COVID-19 to access capital, restart, retool, and succeed. She served as a Vice Chair, FCC Communications Equity and Diversity Council, ensuring the $42.25B from the Infrastructures Act will be spent on underserved and unserved communities to build reliable, quality and affordable broadband, while creating business opportunities and jobs in the community. She helped establish the Chamber Leadership Alliance, jointly managed by USPAACC, US Black Chambers, US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and NGLCC, to train chamber leaders. This alliance now includes women, people with disabilities, and veterans. Susan served on Pfizer’s Small Business Advisory Council; Diversity Council, American Hotel & Lodging Association, International Franchise Association, Time Warner, Premier Automotive Group and US Marine Corps; Commissioner, Minority Business Opportunity Commission, DC; Member, Board of Trustees, Excelsior College; President’s Council on the 21st Century Workforce; Small Business Advisory Committee, US Department of Energy and General Services Administration, National Advisory Council, SBA National Women’s Business Council, NASA Minority Business Resource Advisory Committee, Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States, and others.

Her awards include US Department of Commerce Minority Business Advocate, Minority Business Hall of Fame, NASA Small Business Program, AT&T Spectrum, America’s Top Diversity Advocates with President Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, and Oprah Winfrey; and one of 50 Most Influential Asian Americans.

She came to the US by invitation of the White House from Hong Kong in recognition of her work with people with disabilities.
